Standard Lender Questionnaire

The Standard Lender Questionnaire provides essential information requested by mortgage lenders during the loan or refinancing process. A processing fee of $150 applies to cover staff time, record review, and administrative costs. All questions will be answered in good faith and to the best of our ability, based on the information available to the association at the time of completion. Requests are typically processed within 15 business days upon receipt of payment and required details. An optional rush service is available as an additional item that can be added to the cart for faster processing.
